Reminders

The Curriculum Report Form (CRF) for the 2009-2010 includes some changes from previous years:

  • There is an additional ethnicity category included on the front of the form;
  • You only need to complete ONE CRF for the sections that you teach that are taught the same way (i.e. for the same length of time each day) during the same semester, trimester, quarter, etc.  You simply write the number of sections taught in the space provided on the back of the CRF;
  • The federal government has requested that we gather information about the number of students that complete at least 75% of the programming provided.  There is a space on the back of the CRF for you to write how many of the students reported on the front of the form completed at least 75% of the sessions that you taught.

Our program is currently funded by a Community Based Abstinence Education (CBAE) grant from the US Department of Health and Services.  CBAE Grants are subject to compliance with A-H Guidelines contained in Section 912 – Abstinence Education – of the Welfare Reform Act of 1996.  These guidelines are included in the training binder that each educator receives at the 2-day training.  The guidelines are also posted on the MSC website on the Resource page.
